By choosing to continue with coaching, training, or any program with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully — they’re designed to keep things clear, fair, and professional for both of us.
1. Honesty & Responsibility
By proceeding with any fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle coaching services, you confirm that you’ve answered all questions honestly and to the best of your ability. You acknowledge that you’ve chosen to take on any advice, recommendations, and guidance provided as part of your coaching journey, and that I, Koko Von Hoff (your coach) cannot be held liable for how you choose to apply this information. You are responsible for your own results, actions, and wellbeing.
2. Refunds & Program Commitment
All services, coaching, packages, and programs are non-refundable. Any program with a set commitment period (e.g. 6-Week Program, 12-Week Coaching Container, etc.) cannot be terminated early — the full duration must be completed. Failure to use the services in full does not qualify you for a refund (partial or full). By purchasing and engaging in these services, you accept full responsibility for your outcomes. This agreement remains valid regardless of whether you access or use the services in their entirety.
3. Reschedule Policy
If you need to reschedule a session or call, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. I understand that life happens, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate you. This policy applies to reschedules only — not cancellations (see section 5 for cancellations).
4. Changes to Sessions or Subscriptions
To make any changes to your session type, number of sessions, access level, or to request a payment freeze (e.g. holidays), please provide 2 weeks’ written notice via WhatsApp. This helps maintain fairness and flow across all client schedules.
5. Cancellations
A minimum of 4 weeks’ written notice is required to cancel any ongoing personal training sessions, coaching programs, or subscriptions. All online coaching requires a minimum 6-week commitment before cancellation is possible.
6. Payments & Dishonour Fees
For payment plans or subscriptions, please ensure funds are available at least 24 hours before your scheduled payment day. A $10 dishonour fee will apply for any failed payments due to insufficient funds. If you need to change your payment day or update your details, reach out prior to your payment date so we can avoid any extra fees or disruptions.
7. Communication
Open and consistent communication is essential for your success. I’m here to support you across all areas of your health, fitness, nutrition, and mindset. Please use WhatsApp for all ongoing communication and support.
Monday–Thursday: Expect a response within 24 hours.
Friday–Sunday: Messages will be responded to on Monday.
8. Check-Ins
Weekly check-ins are due by 11am each Thursday. Please complete your check-in in full — incomplete or late submissions may result in a missed check-in response for that week. Staying consistent here helps me guide you effectively and keep you on track toward your goals.
9. Agreement
By proceeding with this payment, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This agreement cannot be voided by non-participation or lack of communication.
